Completely renovated and updated throughout...brand new kitchen, dining, living and bedrooms...must see to appreciate!
This gorgeous three story townhome is conveniently located in Miramar Beach/Destin directly on its own private white sand beach!
We are a Saturday to Saturday rental with a minimum of 7 nights during the summer peak season.
Snow birds that rent 28+ days in Jan and Feb get 30% discount off nightly rate.
If you are looking for an extremely attractive vacation rental that is convenient (to beach, restaurants, shopping and attractions) and large enough for the family to spread out and relax - this is your place!! We have a 55” LCD smart TV with DVD to watch a movie or catch your favorite TV show after a long day on the beach or just sit down and surf the web on our high speed Wireless internet - so bring your laptop!
BEAUTIFUL HARDWOOD FLOORS cover all 3 levels – Breathtaking views of the gulf and the picture perfect sunrises and sunsets are yours from every level as each has its own deck. Splash around in the Gulf or watch your loved ones from the balcony.
There are several great restaurants within walking distance - Pompano Joes Restaurant is literally right next door; outlet malls, boutique stores, public world-class golf courses, Big Kahuna's Water Park and many other activities that are nearby for all ages.
Sleeping arrangements - total unit sleeps 15 comfortably with 3 queen beds and 1 king bed -- upper level beachfront master bedroom offers a king bed and master bath with sliding glass doors to your own private balcony. The upper level also offers a charming 2nd bedroom with queen bed and on-suite bathroom. The main level offers a queen sleeper sofa and the lower level has 2 bedrooms one with a queen bed & full size bunk w/pullout and the other bedroom with a queen bed and Day Bed with Trundle.
Amenities include central air conditioning throughout, cable tv's in all bedrooms and living room, wireless internet, fully equipped full size kitchen (added a Keurig single cup brewing system so bring you K-cups!), stackable washer/dryer in the Master suite laundry room and full size washer/dryer on first level. Initial linens provided, outside shower on beach level, gas grill on main level deck (guest provide propane).
Family Rentals Only - our property will not be rented to vacationing students or young adults (under 25) unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian in the unit for the entire stay. Exceptions must be in writing from the Owner. An exception is available for married couples under age 25.
This is a NON-SMOKING unit. Any sign of smoking or smokeless tobacco (sorry...this means no smoking on the outside decks either).

We had a great stay overall and really enjoyed the property. The house was clean, spacious, and in a great location with beautiful beach views. The host was responsive, and the home had everything we needed for a comfortable trip.The only issues we experienced were that the WiFi did not work well in the lower level of the house, which could have also been due to the weather during our stay. Also, parking was a little tight for two large vehicles. However, we were able to make it work, and there is additional parking available down the street if needed. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!

Can’t say enough great things about this place! Gorgeous views, stocked kitchen, clean (would love to find out laundry detergent used on sheets/towels!! They smelled amazing!), and everything you need for swimming/enjoying the ocean is already provided!!! For example, lifejackets, little swimmers for kids, beach toys, and floats were all on the back porch. They even had fishing poles! Chairs and umbrellas are provided and set up each day by a beach service at no extra cost!! Our first day there was rainy and overcast. We were a little bummed…BUT then the dolphins came out!! I guess they felt comfortable enough to make an appearance since no one was in the water. So all day on and off we got to see dolphins!! They put on quite a show! At one point there was a pod of about 10 of them! Also, the condo has plenty of board games. (Some are hidden inside the cubbies in the kitchen table). So between the views, dolphins, and board games even your rainy days there are full of adventure!

We love Destin. It’s one of our favorite places to go. The place was clean when we arrived. We had issues with parking but the host was great with communicating and helping us with the vehicles that were parked in our spot. The 2 space parking spot was tight but we figured it out with maneuvering our SUVs. My only issue was the living room deck. We did not utilize it which was upsetting. It had a lean to it and the braces were detached. We were told that they previously had a contractor there to fix it but we were not comfortable being on it. Our neighbors were outside and also said something about the lean of the deck. Otherwise it was a great space and being on the beach was wonderful.
