Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at Casa Tranquila in San Jose Del Cabo for a week in July. From the moment we arrived, we were treated to an unparalleled level of service that made our stay unforgettable.
The villa is nestled in the prestigious Palmilla community. The golf cart made the entire development accessible. The swimmable Palmilla beach, the Shops at Palmilla,and the One&Only Palmilla hotel is just a few minutes away.
The villa itself is absolutely stunning. Perched on a hillside, the villa offered breathtaking views of the ocean which we enjoyed from the multiple beautiful terraces and infinity pool. The interior was modern, luxurious, and meticulously maintained. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large and the beds were extremely comfortable. The villa contained every amenity you could possibly need including a Sonos speaker system in every room.
What truly sets Casa Tranquila apart were the first class services. We have rented many villas worldwide and have never encountered the exceptional service we received with LuxMex. We utilized the villa’s full-time butler and chef, and we were provided a concierge to ensure our every need was met. Our butler, Ulysses, was an amazing bartender, he surprised us with creative cocktails and always attended to our requests with a warm smile. Giovanni, our talented chef, prepared exquisite meals tailored to our preferences, which included fresh, local seafood, Mexican specialties, and decadent desserts.
