Casa Edwards Too is a luxury beachfront villa in Punta Bella, San José del Cabo, offering direct beach access, ocean views and private indoor-outdoor living with Blue Desert Cabo concierge support.
Up to 12 guests · 5 bedrooms · 5 full + 1 half bathrooms · 3 King + 3 Queen total (Bedroom 3 has 2 Queen; the private casita has a Queen). Outdoor living: private heated pool, jacuzzi, palapa, outdoor dining, decks, lawn and fire pit (pool and jacuzzi have independent heaters). Beachfront with direct beach access; swimming depending on sea conditions, not guaranteed at all times.
Blue Desert Cabo concierge can arrange a private chef, butler, grocery pre-stocking, transportation, spa, yacht charters and golf coordination. Housekeeping daily 8:00 AM–3:00 PM. Check-in 3:00 PM / check-out 11:00 AM. Parking for 3 cars; no golf cart. Pets considered with prior owner/Blue Desert Cabo approval. Events and weddings may be considered with prior written authorization (music 10:00 AM–10:00 PM); golf is subject to availability and tee times are not guaranteed.

We had a wonderful stay. The concierge, Lorena Corona, was very helpful. She helped with event planning and reservations. She was also readily available at check in, check out and during our stay. Mari was our house keeper and she was warm, friendly and on top of keeping the house in great shape during our visit.

The villa was beautiful and the views stunning. It’s spacious and comfortable. Just about any time we looked out there were active whales to watch. We had the host arrange a chef dinner for one night. He made a gorgeous seafood paella and tuna tartar with avocado and mango to start. Everything was prepared from scratch and beautifully presented. Our host Violeta helped us with details to celebrate a birthday. She was super responsive and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked as was the palapa near the pool which was fun to use for making cocktails. We all loved our four days there and wished we’d stayed longer.

We stayed at this amazing home while most the world (and all of normal Cabo) was still in Covid quarantine. The beach was empty, the neighbors, if there were quiet and we felt as though we had the entire beach and Pedregal neighborhood all to ourselves. The home is wonderful. Stateside TV stations though I never turned the TV on until my last night. I travel to Mexico often and oddly, most places are very limited on TV stations. Dario the concierge was friendly, always willing to help and anything we needed he was able get for us. Allen, the chef was friendly and always willing to cook whatever we wanted. Whether an amazing huevos rancheros (we thought this was his best breakfast) or late night brownies with ice cream, sugar free red bulls, you name it! We got it.We were able to take nightly walks on the beach, watch the sunset, have dinner overlooking the beach and ocean from the amazing dining area. I could go on and on. There is nothing this house lacks. The showers are hot, the shampoos and soaps smell amazing, the floors are all a beautiful tile and really its just all so awesome. We will be back!
