About this cabin rental
Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Our Little cabin with a cedar electric dry sauna over looking the back yard and pond, designed for privacy and comfort enjoy the patio decks with easy access parking out front. Lots of windows with wooden blinds to enjoy the forest and backyard view. Super comfy queen-size bed with 100% Egyptian cotton sheets and down-filled quilt. A fully equipped kitchen with oven/stove, microwave and a good size fridge plus a BBQ outside. Spacious, bright bathroom with large skylight that makes it feel like you’re in an outdoors shower. Washer and dryer for longer stays. Private though close to the residence’s home and studios. Great restaurants and many local hiking and mountain bike trails some within walking distance. 10 minutes drive to the oceans and lakes. We allow well behaved and friendly guest dog as long as they as good with the resident dogs and a cat whom are free to roam the property. There are gates on deck to secure our dogs out and your dog in if needed.
Maderia Park is 6 kms away where you’ll find all your grocery needs at the IGA or at the Oak Tree. There’s also a drug store, liquor store, post office, restaurants, many small shops for all your shopping needs. The Government marina with boat launch and moorage.
Our property is also where we live and work at our art. We have a studio and workshop plus a garden and green house with a big backyard with a pond.. We also have two happy dogs and a nosy cat that are all free roaming. We would welcome your dog if they get along with our dogs and cat.
There’s lots of wildlife since we live in their territory. You may be lucky to see deer, elk or bears and many varieties of birds,
it’s a nature lovers paradise.

This is a cozy and beautiful cabin in a quiet property. It had everything we need for the 2 nights we were there. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were spacious .It had a feeling of a home away from home. The host Cindy is very kind and friendly. They have 2 friendly dogs and a cute cat. We really loved our stay and hope that someday we can come back!

Amazing place on a peaceful property surrounded by birdsong and trees. The home is well outfitted with everything you could need, the bed is comfy and the skylight in the bathroom is beautiful. We had a great stay. Close enough to groceries and some take out options but far enough to feel peacefully tucked away. Would happily stay again!
