The house is located in the heart of a forest of several hectares at the end of a 300m access road, 2 minutes by car and 7 minutes walk from the village of Thoureil .
For lovers of nature and the banks of the Loire, you will find the tranquility and well-being you are looking for.
Rustic and functional, it is equipped with care for your greatest comfort.
You will find:
- a living room with armchairs to relax by the fire and a dining table to gather around a good meal
- a fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, all the necessary kitchen utensils)
- a bedroom with a double bed 160*200 and a wardrobe
- a mezzanine with 1 double bed 140*190 and a single bed 90*190
- a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet .
