About this house rental
Our house is just finished: we have restored and enlarged a small agricultural building located on a wooded lot. Everything is new from the kitchen to the living room through the bedding rooms that each have a bathroom and toilet. The view of the living room is unique and allows you to observe nature in an extraordinary way. We like to stay there to enjoy the calm and zenitude of places.
There are many activities: Au Thoureil: nautical club (including water skiing)
Ballades on the Loire in traditional boats with flat bottom, Toue and Gabarre
Hiking trails to meet megalithic sites
Cycle path: Eurovélo 6, "the Loire by bike"
Nearby, savor:

We had a lovely stay at Michel and Christine's beautiful property. Its location is an idyllic country setting perfect for walking and cycling but, only minutes walk from the river, a great cafe and superb restaurant. The house itself is finished to a very high standard and exceptionally well presented. The outdoor space had something for everyone - BBQ's, games and tranquility. We would highly recommend this property! Thank you!

The house is very well appointed. Living area upstairs, bedrooms Downstairs. Nice bathrooms, lots of space. Unfortunately it was an unexpected heatwave the week we stayed, so we were unable to explore the area much. During the day we kept the shutters closed so the upstairs remained as cool as possible. We were able to sit under the terrace on the picnic bench in the garden in the shade (with the sheep), until the afternoon when the deck was in shade. The bedroom was a little warm at night, so a fan would have been useful. Only a 15 minute walk to the river, very good restaurant. 10 mins to supermarket by car. Good wine shop in Brissac for wine tasting. Saumur for tank museum and other sites. Would recommend.

Nous nous sommes sentis très à l’aise dans cette belle maison. Les propriétaires sont très gentils, l’emplacement est magnifique et la maison est grande et confortable. Il ne manquait de rien. Il y a beaucoup de choses à découvrir dans les environs.
