Seagrove Highlands 1206 Just north of iconic 30A, this coastal condo offers an abundance of style and convenience. Start each day out on your screened, furnished balcony, sipping coffee and enjoying the peaceful, tree-lined setting. Inside, you’ll find modern coastal decor and an open layout, ideal for spending time with loved ones.
Pop into your full, well-equipped island kitchen and whip up family favorite recipes, then serve up your culinary creations at the adjacent dining table. Pop the dishes in the dishwasher for easy cleanup, then head to the beach, just a short walk away via public access at Beachwood Villas. Two bikes are available for your use as well, so hop on the Timpoochee Trail, which runs parallel to 30A, and pop in and out of all the restaurants, shops, and cafés that line its length. If you’d rather stay closer to home, slip into your swimsuit and visit the shared pool to soak up some Florida sun.
When you get home, cool off in the central air-conditioning while the washer/dryer makes quick work of the day’s laundry. Watch a bit of TV or use the fast WiFi to post the day’s pics to social media before bed. Even better, unplug entirely and step back out onto your screened balcony for an evening toast.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The body wash wasn’t filled so we had to use the guest bath soap. I’d like to have blankets for extra warmth in the bedroom or living room. But overall, a beautiful place and super well decorated! There was all the kitchen equipment and things that you could ever use. Super impressed with the communication with staff over email and the on call line.

My family and I loved the homey feel of the condo. The room was extremely
clean! The rooms and furniture were comfortable! We loved the close proximity to the beach and the large pool! We enjoyed sitting on the screened patio. Would definitely recommend staying here!
