Happy Days is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground-floor condo for up to 7 guests in Seagrove Highlands, a gated lakeside community in Seagrove Beach along 30A. The community has a pool, a grill, a basketball goal and a neighborhood dock, and the closest beach access is about 0.3 miles away.
Inside, high ceilings and coastal décor set a relaxed tone. The living area has plenty of seating and a 55-inch Smart TV, and the dining area seats four, with two more seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has stainless appliances, quartz countertops and the essentials for cooking at home.
The Primary Bedroom has a king bed, a TV and a private en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a twin trundle, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Both guest rooms have Smart TVs and share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Seagrove Highlands is about 1.5 miles east of Seaside. Bike the Timpoochee Trail, browse the galleries and shops of Seaside, and try restaurants in Seagrove, WaterColor and Grayton Beach.

Very nice unit & centrally located . We had a problem with the bikes needing repair and someone responded and came out the same day . This is a great condo for families. I would recommend renting a golf cart to get to the beach .

We loved the house, especially for a last minute booking. It’s about a 5 minute walk to beach access and has an area to charge golf cart. My only complaint, the extra linen in master room and extra room were dirty. They both had stains and were obviously not washed. You could smell and visibly see urine.

A bit farther from the beach than expected but not a bad walk or bike ride.
