NEW 3b/2b Stillwater30A - Beach/Pool

This condo was a perfect option for a quick beach getaway for our family of four. The condo was as advertised, clean, and had all the essentials that you need to make you feel at home. It’s obvious that Rob and Emily take great pride in addressing those details to make sure you have a great trip. They were also very responsive to any questions we had. The location is very convenient to all the fun spots on 30a, and we look forward to coming back again!

We are so thankful we came across Rob and Emily's place for a last minute getaway! From the very beginning, they were super responsive to our booking request as well as questions we had regarding their property and the location. Once we arrived, we could not have been more pleased with their place! It was easy to get to, very clean, and just as described. You can tell they have put a lot of thought and consideration into making their place comfortable and an awesome place to relax. From the beach wagon, chairs, and ice chest for our trips to the beach to the well-stocked kitchen, games, and Sodastream for our evening down time, we had everything we needed for our stay! The condo is very spacious and has lots of thoughtful little touches such as coffee, tea, snacks, and lovely scented soaps and lotions. The decor is fabulous and the beds are super comfortable too! Best of all, the condo is in a quiet complex that is about a 10 minute walk to the beach. You can pack up the beach wagon, walk out the complex down a quiet residential road, cross over 30A, and you are at the beach! You are also in a great location to travel to Seaside about two miles in one direction (we biked there at least a couple days) and to other beaches like Alys and Rosemary in the other direction. Overall, the condo is a great home base from which to explore 30A which we definitely did and would highly recommend. Rob and Emily were also amazing hosts. They were easy to reach when we had questions (and they were out of the country at the time!) and even gave us contact info for a backup contact should the need arise. We've never had hosts do that before so it was impressive that they were so proactive in making sure our needs were met at all times. If you are looking for a great place in a great location with thoughtful, responsive hosts, this is it!!
