Villa of 140m2 located in a small quiet development on a plot of 600 m2 fully fenced.
Close to the center of the village of Tosse, 10 minutes from the beaches, surf clubs and golf courses of Seignosse or Hossegor.
The house is close (less than 1 km) to shops (butcher, bar-tobacconist, post office, leclerc, petrol, hairdresser, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors....).
Access by fast motorway (15 min), Spain is 35 min, Bayonne 25 min.
The house is composed of a first floor and an upper floor.
On the first floor, there is a large living room (65m2) with an open kitchen, a pantry, WC, bathroom and a bedroom (160x 200 bed) with large dressing room.
