We stayed for a couple of days and were very pleased with the whole experience. This was our first time renting a house through vrbo and we will be doing it again. The property manager and owner were very friendly and answered all of our questions and the property itself exceeded our expectations and included all the amenities you could want. The only negatives were there was no bbq in the backyard/pool area, which would have been nice and the fact that we couldn't adjust the thermostat on the air conditioner to below 70 during our stay. Other than that, we had a great time.

We found this house to be an excellent option for large families or multi-family guests. It features two king-size bed bedrooms and two separate rooms with double twin beds, each with its own private bathroom. The kitchen is spacious and includes a dining area, a kitchen island with seating, and a large outdoor patio table with seating. The pool is well-maintained and is a suitable size for both kids and adults.The home is located in a gated community, safe, easy to find, and close to local attractions such as Peppa Pig Park, Legoland, and Sea Life. While the home is well-maintained overall, a fresh coat of paint would enhance its aesthetics, and a few minor repairs with blinds, door handles, and locks would improve its usability for renters.We recommend adding a few larger pots and pans and baking sheets as they are essential for vacation homes. Additionally, providing extra towels per bathroom, a broom and dustpan, and some form of cleaning supplies such as spray cleaner or sanitizer wipes would allow families to tidy up the home during their stay.Overall, we would recommend this home as a pleasant, safe neighborhood with easy access to outings. Ease of check in and check out as well as communication with property manager as needed. Large and comfortable house that would be ideal for vacationing families.

Not sure when the house was last occupied before us. Trash outside was overflowing the can with bags filled with maggots and trash on the ground. Floors inside house and in pool area could have been cleaner. Trash on ground around pool area and under couches and bathroom area rugs. Pool not available for our use because the heater was broken. Couldn’t find the remote for LR tv. Washer not available for clothing use. Lots of little things overlooked in the cleaning process and other details . Made the “team” aware through text and sent photos for their information.
