We travel extensively throughout Florida during the winter, and have been doing this for several years now. Typically, we will stay at a minimum of six destinations each time.
Looking back, this is probably the nicest stay yet. The home is very spacious, clean and very well furnished. The furniture, including our bed and living room sofas were very comfortable and inviting. Being in the Orlando area, each room in the house is decorated in the appropriate theme.
We opted to pay the extra fee to have the pool and spa heated, an investment that was well worth the money. Even though the air temperature on some of the days was cool, the pool and spa water was very comfortable.
Even though the grill was a small charcoal one, we did use it several times to cook our burgers. It worked well, and the charcoal was furnished.
All in all, it was a very pleasurable and comfortable thirteen night visit. It is one of the few places we’ve stayed that we would consider revisiting.
One other note, Evolve was a very good agency to work with, and we would definitely come back to them as we plan our next travel season.

We loved our stay at this home.
The neighborhood was very safe, the neighbors were either not home or very quiet.
Getting to Disney was a breeze- we loved being close but not in the busyness of the city.
Our dog loved being able to chill by the pool.
The rooms were beautifully decorated- we loved the Disney touches. And learning that the owners daughter painted the murals was awesome.
