About this house rental
Come relax in this calm, stylish and spacious 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths Townhouse nestled in the gated golf course community of Southern Dunes, with views of the 5th tee. Enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine by the community pool or on the golf course followed by food and scheduled entertainment at the clubhouse. Inside is 1 bedroom and a half bath on the 1st floor. Upstairs has 2 bedroom suites. The theme parks are 25 minutes away. Medical facilities and many restaurants are close by. Come enjoy.
The space
All 3 bedrooms are stylishly decorated and comfortable with their own TV. The 1st floor has an open concept with plenty of sunshine coming through the unit. The view is breathtaking.
Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire space. For the outside patio, all guest should stay within the parameters and not extend social gathering on the golf course. Guest can park their vehicle in the driveway. Driveway can hold 2 medium size vehicles and can also park on the street. Please follow HOA guidelines on parking. Guest will have access to all amenities provided in the Southern Dunes community. Access to golf course, gym, library, pools, clubhouse restaurants, and any activities on site. Guest will be given a visitor pass to enter in and out of the premises by the security at the entrance.
Other things to note
All guest will be given an access code for the duration of their stay. No pets are allowed. Quiet hours between 10p-8a. No commercial Photography or filming allowed. Guest can utilize all appliances provided. Please do not leave any open food in the refrigerator or cabinets per Florida law.
Additional rules
Please do not place hot pots on counter top. Use the counter top protector provided. Damages to property will incurred additional charges starting at 250 dollars or more.
