Ideal for snowbirds seeking a peaceful retreat, the full kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and a convenient breakfast bar for preparing your family's favorite recipes. (The fireplace is not operational.) With a private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning, you can be sure your every need will be attended to.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Convenient for lake access and areas around Hiawassee. Use of the covered boat dock and designated trailer parking area made bringing our fishing boat a breeze. There was even power available via extension cord to charge trolling motor batteries overnight. I would definitely look to stay there again when coming to the area and would book through Vacasa.
