About this house rental
Nestled near the top of Mt. Ramey and overlooking the best view in Georgia, The Rose Cottage offers 3 bedrooms in a quiet, relaxing and peaceful setting for the entire family.
A short drive to the bottom of the mountain, you'll have instant access to beautiful Lake Chatuge and the best of Hiawassee. Within minutes of Brasstown Valley Resort, the Appalachian Trail, golf, horseback riding, hiking, pickle ball and the lake.
You’ll always remember this place and never want to go back to reality.
The space
MASTER BEDROOM: The master bedroom features a queen bed with a full bathroom (upper level)
2nd BEDROOM: 1 King bed (lower level)
3rd BEDROOM: Two twin beds (lower level)
LIVING AREA: Cozy living area for the whole family on upper and lower levels, both with tv's.
KITCHEN: Full kitchen with all the essentials.
OUTDOOR SPACE: Roast smores at our fire pit while gazing at the beautiful night sky. The back yard is your space to enjoy and breathe in the fresh mountain air while overlooking the nearby scenery.

Guests have access to the full house and property during their stay.
Other things to note
There are two heaters on lower level, please do not turn off the pilot lights. Please be careful of the heating vents.
Trash for stays longer than a week must be brought down to Benny’s Sanitation as we do not have garbage collection in our area. Bennys charges $2 per bag.
