Located just minutes from Alden, the famous Sandbar, Bellaire, and only 30 minutes from Traverse City, it’s an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway or a fun-filled family vacation.

- 3 bedrooms | 5 beds | sleeps up to 6 | 1 Queen, 1 Double, 1 Bunk, 1 Single Bed
- 2 bathrooms
- Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, and drip coffee maker
- Cozy living area with TV and comfortable seating
- Three bedrooms with a variety of sleeping arrangements
- Two bathrooms for convenience
- Patio/balcony for relaxing outdoors
- Private dock and lakefront with sandy beach
- Fire pit and BBQ grill for lakeside gatherings
- Air conditioning, washer and dryer, and family-friendly amenities
Guest Access:
- Full access to the entire home and property except the garage
- Parking limited to 2 vehicles (no trailers or extra cars)
The Neighborhood:
- South east end of Torch Lake with quick access to the Sandbar
- Minutes from Alden for dining, shopping, and ice cream
- Short drive to Bellaire, Traverse City, and local wineries
Getting Around:
- Driving recommended for local towns and attractions
- Boat access via private dock (pontoon or small boat) and mooring anchor

- Primary renters must be 25+
- No smoking at any time

Property was clean and spacious. Met all our needs to enjoy a Torch lake vacation. Easy access to water with sandy bottom from dock. Enjoyed our stay, hope to return again.

Cottage was in great shape. It was perfect for our family getaway. Property managers were available if needed and were exceptionally nice people. We really enjoyed our stay; would love to return next year
