Great location with access to lake right across the street. Communication was excellent and he was very attentive to our needs and concerns. Listing said central AC (evolve issue not property issue) but it has wall unit AC so one of the bedroom did not have AC but it was nice and cool at night.

We had a great time at the cottage on Torch. Location was excellent. Having so much outdoor seating was really nice. Overall we had everything we needed for a big family weekend. With a few improvements the place would be perfect.

Decent place if you're trying to be near Torch Lake and explore Traverse City. Boat launch is just down the street. The house could use some organization and a deep clean. Pull out bed in sunroom is not really usable unless you like sleeping slanted. Overall it was fine for us - four adults and four kids.
