The property was great. Loved the outside area. It was really odd tossing all of the bedding in a pile as part of the exit process. It would have been nice to have cleaning tools, such as a mop or swiffer, when traveling with children accidents happen and water from the pool tracks in. The owner was very easy to communicate with.

Wonderful property and great property managers! Was saddened to hear $50/ day if we wanted the pool heated. Otherwise, highly recommend this property.

This property was just the right fit for our family.
Minutes away from the Havasu Riviera Marina with easy access to the lake and plenty of space to park our truck and boat. The house had everything we needed for our stay and communication with the owners was perfect! We will definitely be back soon.
