The RV garage is not available, but the two-car garage is all yours! It even includes an extra fridge for your convenience, plus a garage door clicker for easy access.

Please check the sleeping arrangements before booking. We happily accommodate large groups, assuming some guests will share beds. Extra linens are provided for those using the couch, and there’s also a pull-out bed in the game room. While the pool is not heated, the spa is always warm and ready for relaxation!
Important House Guidelines

We want your stay to be both memorable and comfortable. To ensure the home remains in pristine condition for you and future guests, please review the following:

No smoking inside the home

Pool is not heated — please enjoy it as-is, especially under the Arizona sun! ☀️

Please state whether you are bringing an animal so we can prepare the cleaners.

Strictly no parties — we’ve thoughtfully designed this space to be clean, serene, and luxurious. If you`re looking to host events or large gatherings, this home may not be the right fit.

Cleaning fee covers standard sanitization. Any excessive mess or damage may incur additional charges.

Back doors must remain closed when the wood-burning fire pit is in use. This keeps the smoke smell from entering the home.

Pool Sweep Caution: If you`d like to remove the sweep, please disconnect it properly. Letting it suck air while attached can damage the pump and result in costly fees. please lay in a straight line near the back wall.

Spa use; only 6 people in the tub at a time. please refrain from eating or drinking in the tub. it is a small tub that will get dirty fast if not respected. after use please pour 1/4 cup of shock in. this will make it so the tub is ready to use the next day.

No glass is permitted in the pool area — for your safety, we’ve provided durable plastic drinkware.

Pets are welcome! Please make sure they are included on your reservation, as a pet fee does apply.

We ask that you pick up after your pets and keep them off the furniture. If you have a furry friend that sheds heavily, please help us minimize fur throughout the home by keeping them out of unnecessary rooms and placing throws and decorative pillows in a closet during your stay.

It can be very difficult to remove every pet hair, so we truly appreciate guests doing their part to help keep the home comfortable and fur-free for future visitors.
