With two homes in one, complete with a mini waterpark in the backyard, you'll enjoy the ultimate level of privacy and exclusivity. Say goodbye to long lines and crowded resort pools, as our oasis is completely private, with no back neighbors. Relax, fire up the BBQ, and revel in the good life.
We've taken care of every detail to ensure your comfort and convenience. Enjoy the benefits of Reverse Osmosis drinking water and a whole home water softener, providing a refreshing experience for our guests.
Our property offers two fully-equipped kitchens, two spacious living and dining areas, two laundry rooms, and a total of five bedrooms and bathrooms. When traveling in groups, you'll have the space you need while enjoying the added privacy of being able to lock off the units from one another. It's the perfect setup for various arrangements, such as a teenager side/parents side, grandparents side/family side, guys side/girls side, and more.

Right Side - 3 bedrooms / 3 full bathrooms:
- Bedroom 1: A large king bedroom off the laundry room, featuring a full-size daybed and twin trundle bed. This room has a private attached bathroom with a walk-in shower, a large screen TV, and a sitting area.
- Bedroom 2: A queen bedroom with an en-suite bathroom/shower and TV.
- Bedroom 3: Another queen bedroom with a TV. This bedroom has a private bathroom right next to it, though not directly connected.
-Private living room with a large TV, sliding glass doors to the pool area, kitchen/dining room, and laundry room.
Left Side:
- Bedroom 4: A king bedroom with a private full bath and TV.
- Bedroom 5: A queen bedroom with a TV. The private bathroom is right outside the door.

Our five-bedroom, five-bathroom home with two full-size kitchens is a perfect retreat for groups. The backyard is a paradise featuring a waterslide, waterfalls, and a grotto seating area. With proximity to Lake Havasu and Sara Park, boat parking, and pet-friendly accommodations (maximum of two pets with an additional $100 fee per pet), our property serves as an ideal home base for exploring everything our beautiful city has to offer.
Outside, you'll discover a stunning pool with an amazing waterslide, grotto, and three waterfalls. We also provide a covered dining area and a Weber grill for your enjoyment. The pool can be heated for an additional charge, available only in the fall and spring seasons. Please note that pool heat requires a minimum 48-hour notice before the arrival date, with a three-day minimum stay.

This place was great just small improvements like broken shower door in one of the master room and Closet doors as well. And the exhaust fan didn’t work so as we cooked it filled up with smoke and no fire Alarm. These are things I would improve for safety reason. However pool was great loved the slide AC was great clean place. My family and I enjoyed our stay there were 13 of us and one 2yr. We will book again

It is a beutiful home and the pool was clean. Wished I would have done my research and go at a later time when the weather was much cooler. The home was spacious and they have a lot of ameneties. definitely will book again.

Just stayed for 5 days over spring break- early March 2024 with another family.
The pros:
Owners were easy to get ahold of and had good communication.
House was set up great for two family’s.
Pool was the reason we booked it and kids loved it. The slide was a hit!!
Neighborhood was mostly quiet.
There’s a park about 1/2 mile away that was fun to hike.
Outdoor patio furniture was nice to have along with the gas grill. Most of our time was spent outside.
Living room furniture in 01 house side was comfortable.
Good parking
The cons:
When we arrived we realized one of the bedrooms had a wet spot on the carpet (the cleaning crew had found a spill and cleaned it and notified the owners) but we weren’t informed. The wet spot consisted of a 2ft by 3ft area next to bed). The wet carpet caused a cat pee smell to exist during our whole stay. Owners did have two fans insta carted to the house so we could put fans in them. The owner ended up coming in when we were gone to clean it again- it did not help the smell.
The carpet in general on both sides really needs to be replaced.
Heating the pool was not included- it’s noted that pool heat is extra but be ready that “extra” costs $75 day and is only heated from 6am to 6pm. On top of that there was a pool issue that caused us to lose 1/2 day of pool time.
I don’t remember if it’s noted in description but you can’t turn the AC below 74 degrees.
Living room furniture in 02 side was uncomfortable.
Cleaning crew missed some areas.
