About this house rental
The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. A family home with an entertainment feel. Plenty of living space for friends and or family to enjoy together. This home has beautiful lake views, large pool, hot tub, and the brand new Riviera Launch ramp is right down the street. Looking forward to having you enjoy a little piece of paradise.
Stunning lake view home. This 6 bedroom, 4 bath home has everything! The downstairs walkout basement has a large living space, pool table, movie-like room, bathroom, wet bar and bedroom that walk out to the the pool and spa. The main level boasts a beautifully remodeled kitchen, huge family room with fireplace, dining room, living room, bedroom, laundry and large rear balcony. The master bedroom is on the upper level with a private balcony and bath along with the 2 other bedrooms and guest bath. With side parking and a large boat deep driveway this home has room for everything. High chair available!

MAX OCCUPANTS
Can sleep up to 20 guests. Any number of guests beyond the 16 on the reservation must be disclosed prior to arrival. There will be a $35/person per night extra fee for the additional guests.
Guests will have access to the entire home except the garage
We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via messenger to answer any questions or concerns.
We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!
Residential neighborhood - quiet, across from the main entryway to Havasu, across the street from the new launch ramp, minutes to the entertainment, restaurants, London Bridge
Bike, walk, drive, Uber -- be safe!!
SPA HEATING
>Note: Pool is not heatable
>Spa heating is included in booking amount
>If the stay exceeds 7 days there will be an added fee of $100/week charge for spa usage
>If the stay exceeds 30 days the spa heating bill is paid by the guest (what is used is what charged and we will require a photo ID and CC on file)

The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.

We have stayed in over ten different properties in and around Havasu City. This home was by far the best value and accommodated the most people with the least amount of shared rooms, etc. The pool and spa were amazing. We ran into several issues where doors would not latch and lock, the front door handle kept falling off, and random empty planters/pots on the pool deck as if maintenance staff just left them there. When you really looked closely at the property, it really felt like it was neglected and not maintained, which was a real bummer. Hopefully, in the off-season, they will catch up on all the repairs because this is a really nice home.
