This magnificent two-bedroom, two-bathroom space—featuring a kitchen with a breakfast bar, a living/dining room with a sofa bed, and balconies overlooking the street—is fully furnished, equipped, and tastefully decorated to ensure you have the most enjoyable stay.
For your utmost satisfaction, you’ll have access to incredible amenities such as a pool with ocean views, lounge chairs, bean bags, a gym, and more!!

- If your stay is longer than 7 days, we’ll include a basic cleaning without a linen change
- If your stay is longer than 15 days, we’ll include a cleaning with a linen change.
- If you require an additional cleaning service, the cost is $45 USD (includes a linen change)
- If you only require a linen change, the cost is 25 usd (does not include cleaning)
PLEASE REQUEST your complimentary cleaning for your stay 24 hours in advance so we can schedule it.
ELECTRICITY: For reservations of fewer than 28 nights, we provide 25 kW per day as a complimentary allowance, which is equivalent to approximately 24 hours of air conditioning use per night. If you exceed this allowance, you will be charged $6 MXN per extra kW. We calculate this based on photos of the meter taken at check-in and check-out; these will be shared with you via a WhatsApp group for your reference.
For reservations of 28 nights or more, you will be responsible for electricity consumption.
