In the living room there is a window air conditioner and ceiling fan for the summer and an open flame gas heater and electric wall heater for winter time use only. There is a flat screen TV with Wi-Fi. The bedroom has a queen bed with 3 inch memory foam topper, high thread count sheets, large closet in large window making the room bright and cozy. There’s a bright kitchen that is fully equipped. We provide coffee and some basic kitchen cooking supplies.

We have another one bedroom apartment downstairs on VRBO so if you have more in your group I’ll look for the availability in the downstairs apartment.
