Gorgeous getaway tucked in Eco Village of Sawgrass Landing in Crystal River, Fl.

Looking for the perfect retreat tucked away in the salt flats and cypress groves in Crystal River? Look no further because you have found it! Located in the hidden Eco Village of Sawgrass Landing condo community, the complex is in a world all its own.

The condo has a spiral staircase accessing the master suite above, cathedral ceiling, newly renovated interior and floor to ceiling windows that draw the natural beauty inside. The space comfortably accommodates two adult guests.

The first floor has an open floor plan with a kitchen, living and dining area and a half bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a water purification hooked to the ice maker and sink side dispenser; dinnerware, flatware, pans and utensils included. Appliances include a microwave, coffee pot, refrigerator, dish washer and electric range. A stackable washer and dryer are tucked away in the hall. The television in the living area has basic cable and Wi-Fi for streaming. Fully furnished with manual reclining loveseat and recliner downstairs. Downstairs half bathroom has toilet and sink.

The upper loft is an open space with large windows and a view of the swimming pool. Upstairs Master suite with a king size bed, futon, closet and a television with cable and Wi-Fi for streaming. The master bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination, vanity sink and toilet. Linens, bath and pool towels, as well as basic toiletry items are provided.

Sliding glass doors open to the rear deck furnished with a loveseat, two chairs and an electric barbeque. No gas or charcoal grills are permitted on the deck.

Please note, this condo DOES NOT allow children or pets and there is NO SMOKING allowed inside or around this unit.

Guests are welcome to use the pool, the dock, and the fish cleaning station. There is a limited number of parking slots for a boat trailer and a boat slip but, they are ONLY available on a FIRST COME BASIS. Boats CANNOT be larger than 23 feet long. All boats, trailers and vehicles must have current registrations. Guests can also make arrangements with a local marina during the busy scallop season. A complete list of all community rules and regulations are posted on the dryer for quick and easy reference.

Sawgrass Landing is located minutes from Fort Island Trail Beach, Shrimp Landing, Three Sisters Springs, Twin River Marina, the Plantation on Crystal River Golf Course and more. Grocery stores, shops and restaurants are less than 10 minutes away. Kayak rental, pontoon and fishing boat rentals and charter fishing services are also available nearby. Beach towels are provided. Enjoy fishing, scalloping and swimming with the manatees in King’s Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.

Minimum Rental is 3 nights. Minimum age requirement for rental is 25. NO parties or events may be held inside this condo or on the common grounds. For the safety and security of our guests and property, there is one exterior security camera located above the front door. The camera records video (No Audio) and monitors the exterior entry area only. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the condo or in any private spaces.
