This Spacious and very clean Tropical setting Crystal River home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood that is Pet Friendly, accommodates up to 6 people, with plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and boats, with all new appliances and is just a third of a mile (walking distance) from the boat ramp at Crystal River Water Sports.
There are many nature activities to enjoy from Boating, Fishing, Kayaking, Paddle Boarding, Biking, Hiking, and swimming with the Manatees. The Beautiful 3 Sisters Springs where the Manatees are is just 5 minutes away.
The Crystal River Preserve State Park with walking and biking trails is just a half mile down the road. Very close to local restaurants and the quaint shops of downtown Crystal River. Relax the day away at the beach of Hunter Springs Park just 5 minutes away. The Fort Island Gulf Beach is just under a 15 minute drive. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances which includes a frig that has an ice maker and filtered water dispenser. There is a new Keurig coffee maker that takes the K cups. Fully stocked kitchen with cookware, dishes, a toaster, crockpot and much more.
The Master bedroom now has a King size bed and a new 45inch flat screen tv. The Second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size pull out sofa bed.
There is a Laundry area with new washer & dryer. There are 2 bikes in the garage for your use.
Relax on the nice leather sofa and leather rocker recliners in the living room which features a new 55inch flat screen tv with internet, cable and wifi. Plenty of room to park multiple vehicles and boats. There is a rear patio to grill out or chill out on the lounge chairs.
Beautiful and peaceful Crystal River offers an abundance of nature activities for the whole family. Crystal River is the only place where it is legal to swim with the manatees, and one of the few remaining areas to scallop in Florida during the summer.
With the many spring fed rivers and miles of mangroves, Crystal River has the BEST Scalloping grounds in the U.S. Some of the best Scalloping action is usually in 4 to 6 feet of shallow water around Gomez Rocks at Latitude 2829.8 and Longitude 8243.7
The town of Dunnellon, FL is only a 20 minute drive away where you can go tubing down the Rainbow River and visit the Rainbow Springs State Park. Dunnellon has several local Restaurants on the Rainbow River and the Withlacoochee River.
The Homosassa Springs Wildlife Park is just 20 minutes away.

My husband and I have traveled all 50 states and this place is by far one of the best places we have ever stayed. It was very comfortable from the decor, furniture, towels, neighborhood etc. I can't say anything negative and I hoping to come back next year. I highly recommend it, you won't regret it.
