About this apartment rental
Incredible views right from your own deck! Bring your water toys, book or bike. There is a shallow water boat dock limited to 23' length, including motor, swim platforms, etc. and parking for your boat trailer. Docking is on a first come, first served basis. Perfect location for boating, hiking, bicycling, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, scalloping, swimming with the manatees, bird watching or just relaxing at the pool or spending a day at the beach, only a few miles away. Located on a canal between Salt River and Crystal River, you will experience unobstructed views of marsh and estuaries. Walking distance to Twin Rivers Marina. There are many walking trails and Great Florida Birding Trails nearby. Don’t forget your binoculars!
The condos are built on stilts and connected by boardwalks on a tidal marsh. Lots of windows give you opportunities to view marsh and coastal birds.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back again. We are looking into our next booking for the autumn. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for guests. From the moment we communicated our arrival, until the time we left, everything felt easy and welcoming. Check-in was smooth, and the host provided clear instructions.The space itself was well-maintained and nicely decorated, with plenty of room to relax. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to prepare our breakfast every morning. We didn't have time to use the grill but it sure was tempting. We especially appreciated the little touches and a cozy living area to unwind in after a long day. Home away from home. The view from the deck and loft were amazingly breathtaking. We are very grateful for our stay and the opportunity to have a peaceful place to take it all in despite our busy days. Overall, a fantastic experience.
