Completely renovated in 2022, Slack Tide is situated on a 10-acre lake in a quiet cul de sac in Ocean Sands. This fun beach house is perfect for a single family or several couples looking to get away from it all. Offering 3 Bedrooms + Den/2.5BA there is plenty of room for everyone. Three levels of decks are perfect for sipping coffee in the morning and enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. Beach cottage chic and 21st century conveniences make the kitchen a cook’s delight. Dinner on the deck is not to be missed.
Slack Tide guests can enjoy the beautiful Ocean Sands community pool located at the south end of the lake. The house backyard is equipped with kayaks and a standup paddle board for exploring the lake. Enjoy all your favorite outdoor games with a bonus room opening to the backyard with a beverage fridge. The first level deck offers a covered area with hot tub overlooking the lake and rocking chairs for relaxing. A quick 3 block walk to the beach, take advantage of a large beach cart and a generous selection of beach toys and chairs.
