This house was very clean, updated, and perfect for our family of 5. The electric golf cart is amazing. Plenty of beach supplies (toys, chairs, umbrellas). Great location in a gated community. The laundry room is wonderful (large closet right in the master bedroom). The community pool was big and not crowded. My only complaint was 1 couch for all 5 of us to sit on (to watch a movie) was a little snug :)Overall great place to stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this beach house in Destin, Florida! The home was spotless and located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood that made our trip even more relaxing. We especially loved how close it was to the beach—and the included six-seater golf cart made getting there an absolute breeze.We had to contact the property manager a couple of times with questions, and both times they were incredibly helpful and responsive. It really made a difference knowing we were being taken care of.We’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, well-located home base in Destin. Perfect for families, couples, or a group of friends. We’d definitely stay again!

We came out for Spring Break, had a wonderful time. Was the first house he haven’t had to clean from top to bottom before starting our vacation time. Cart is great, close to the beach. Couldn’t have asked for more. Good value! This one is a gem, we have stayed at at least 6 different houses in Destiny East over the years and this one is number one for us.
