There is also another pool on Scenic 98 on Four Prong Lake to stop by on the way to the beach. You can also enjoy a game of tennis or pickleball on the two tennis courts, soak in the hot tub, let the kids burn some energy on the playground, duke it out on the basketball court, or relax for a show in the clubhouse theater. I love the fact that each room had its own bathroom. The kitchen is amazing! There was a short cut from the house to the beach and there were plenty of amenities, such as beach chaires, tennis rackets etc. to accommodate guests. There was only one concern, there was hair on the linen in the master bed.

Definitely will book in this subdivision again. Loved that the golf cart came with a rental without extra cost because we used it for the beach and the pool. Many locations charge too much to rent a golf cart. One thing the owners should do is verify the cleanliness after the cleaners complete their service. We found a lot of dried hair on 2 shower walls, mold in the caulk of a bathroom, and mold in the sink drain of one of the bathrooms downstairs. This leads me to believe that bathrooms are not being cleaned properly and made me paranoid about the sanitation. Another thing to mention is that as soon as we checked in at 4:30pm, HOA almost wrote us a ticket because there were trash cans left on the curb by previous tenants. If we weren't outside unloading our vehicle we would've gotten a ticket/$100 fine. Maybe mention to tenants not to leave trash cans out or have property manager check the area before new guests check in because it's not fair the the new guests. Overall it was a pleasant stay and a nice spacious house with plenty of room for our family of 9.

Large and spacious. Very clean. Loved that each bedroom had bathroom. Nice patio areas to do yoga or eat outside. Short walk or golf cart ride to beach. There’s a lot of stairs if you have older relatives with you. There were beach chairs, toys, and umbrella available for beach use. Neighborhood is gated and quiet. Extra fridge in garage was a plus as we cook in instead of dining out. We had 10 people and If you are there for more than 2 nights you will definitely need more toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dishwasher pods, and bath soap. The coffee pot used regular ground coffee or Keurig cups. The community pool and hot tub were very nice. Management company very responsive. Definitely would stay there again.
