With soaring 20-foot ceilings and custom murals, no detail for absolute comfort has been overlooked, from the power recliner to the crisp bedding. Even the laundry room has been made ready with an iron and ironing board, a folding counter, full-size washer and dryer, and even a laundry sorting hamper. A street-legal golf cart is included with your stay and can be used for travel back and forth to the Crab Trap beach access. Of course, the golf cart may be used within Destiny East to access its multiple community swimming pools and hot tubs, on-site movie theater, elegant clubhouse, tennis courts, putting green, and playground. There is even a ping-pong table for the teens to challenge each other.

Downstairs, the dining table seats six, and five more can comfortably sit at the countertop bar in the adjoining kitchen which is well-outfitted with a full array of stemware, cookware, and kitchen gadgets for the vacationing gourmet.

On the first floor are two bedrooms. The master king suite has an ensuite full bathroom that opens to the back deck and also features a double-twin trundle bed. In the closet in each bedroom, there are extra blankets, pillows, and an oscillating fan to ensure guests are comfortable no matter who sets the thermostat. The second bedroom downstairs has two queen beds and a full bath.

Upstairs on the second floor is a powder room/half bath, a large master suite, and a game room with lounging area open to the living room below, featuring a ping pong table, TV with DVD player, speaker system, and a queen sleeper sofa with a new memory foam mattress. Extra TV channels include HBO, Disney, and Nickelodeon. The upstairs master suite is expansive, with an oversized walk-in closet housing two twin rollaway beds with new memory foam mattresses and extra pillows and blankets. In addition to the king bed, there is a sitting area with a comfy chair, a desk for guests needing to work, and the room features a private balcony overlooking the pool area below. The en suite master bath has a large jetted Jacuzzi tub with twin sinks and a separate water closet.

Villa Royale also offers an outdoor oasis hidden right outside the back. The deck is a perfect family gathering spot and features an outdoor shower, and a cozy sitting area to relax. There is also an outdoor dining table that seats six with an umbrella and even a toddler-sized picnic table, as well as a gas grill that is perfect for cooking.

Private Pool Heating (Available Oct-May) is $60 per day plus tax and must be purchased the for the entire stay. Pool size:15x28, and a depth of 5 feet.  toddler-sized picnic table, as well as a gas grill that is perfect for cooking the catch of the day while watching the kids swim. 

PARKING FOR UP TO 2 VEHICLES MAX. On-street parking is not allowed and will incur a fine.

No parking vehicles or golfcart on grass or pine straw at anytime.

No parking is allowed on the street or in the clubhouse parking lot from 12 midnight to 5 AM.

Any vehicle parked in driveway over the sidewalk area has to be moved to the street before 10am

Street parking is allowed all day from 5am to midnight.
