We were so excited to stay at this home based on the beautiful photos it looked amazing! The home itself has great potential, but it’s definitely worn down and in need of a deep cleaning.One of the bedroom light fixtures didn’t even work though to be fair, the property manager did offer to send maintenance,which was a plus. Speaking of the property manager, she was amazing: responsive, friendly, and super helpful. Our only hiccup was having to wait about 10 minutes after check-in to receive the access code. After a 7-hour road trip with kids, that delay was rough since they really needed the restroom.Overall, with better cleaners and a little refurbishing, this place could really be a gem. The host was top-tier, so I’d definitely try another one of her properties in the future.
