Ocean Manor - 4 Bikes, Shared Pool, Pet Friendly!

Ocean Manor is exactly that kind of place — a 3,444-sq-ft retreat inside the private gated community of Destiny by the Sea, where every detail lets the vacation do the talking. And now the whole family can come along: Ocean Manor is pet friendly and welcomes up to two dogs for an additional $300 pet fee, arranged directly with us after booking.



The Space:

Ocean Manor spans three floors of thoughtfully arranged living space, sleeping up to twelve across five bedrooms and five full bathrooms — no fighting over the schedule, no one feeling like an afterthought.



The first floor sets the tone with three bedrooms: two outfitted with queen beds and a third bunk room that kids will immediately claim as their own. The sweeping wrought iron staircase makes its architectural statement connecting all three levels, landing you on the second floor where an open-concept great room, gourmet kitchen, and generously sized balcony blur the line between inside and out. The kitchen is fully appointed with upgraded appliances and a breakfast bar with seating for four — equally suited to morning coffee before the beach or a relaxed dinner after. When the day is done, the third floor delivers two king master suites, each with private balconies, offering the kind of quiet and space that makes everyone sleep better.



A private hot tub, BBQ grill, and outdoor seating round out the exterior. A washer and dryer are in-unit so post-beach laundry never derails anyone's plans. The community pool is steps away, and the private beach access with complimentary armbands means the Gulf of Mexico is always within reach. Best of all, Ocean Manor is now pet friendly, so your four-legged family members are welcome to join the trip too.



Guest Access:

Check-in is fully self-guided via a lockbox at the front door (code provided before arrival). Upon entering the Destiny by the Sea gate, security will greet you, confirm your reservation name, and issue parking passes and community armbands — twelve are included with the home and are required for pool and beach access. Keep them together; replacements are $15 each. Parking for two vehicles is available in the driveway and one smaller vehicle in the garage if needed.



The Neighborhood:

Destiny by the Sea sits right along the Emerald Coast in Destin, FL — one of the most sought-after stretches of the Florida Panhandle, known for its sugar-white sand and impossibly clear Gulf water. The community's private beach access puts the shoreline just steps from the front door.



When you're ready to venture out, Silver Sands Premium Outlets is about ten minutes away with over 100 shops and a full spread of dining options. The Destin Harbor Boardwalk is a short drive for waterfront dining, dolphin cruises, and water sports. Publix, local seafood spots, and casual restaurants are all within easy reach along US-98.



Getting Around:

A personal vehicle is recommended — Destin's best spots are short drives along Scenic Gulf Drive and US-98. The Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) is approximately 15–20 minutes away. Uber and Lyft are available in the area. Once you're settled in, most beach days, pool time, and evenings out are all within a few minutes of the front door.



Other Things to Note:

We are Family Friendly and all bookings include 1 pack 'n play upon request! Message us immediately after booking so we can schedule it to be dropped off! (Please bring your own sheets.)



Parking is available for 3 vehicles total: one smaller vehicle (SUV or smaller) fits in the garage, plus two vehicles in the driveway. Please keep the garage size limit in mind prior to booking.



4 Bikes provided for your stay, located in the garage upon arrival! Please be sure to keep them locked up.



Community armbands (12 provided) are required for pool and beach access and must be returned at checkout — a $15 replacement fee applies per missing band. Your full pre-arrival instructions, door code, and armband details will be sent ahead of your stay.



Ocean Manor is now pet friendly! We welcome up to two dogs for a $300 pet fee. This fee is not included in the booking price, so please message us directly after booking and we'll get it attached to your reservation. Any undisclosed pet beyond this policy will result in immediate departure with no refund.



All guests must be 25 or older to book; no exceptions. Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette gatherings are strictly prohibited. No smoking anywhere on the property. Guests found in violation of house rules are subject to eviction without refund.



Interaction with Guests:

Ocean Manor is managed remotely by Heritage Collection VR. We're available by phone or message throughout your stay and are happy to help with anything — local recommendations, questions about the property, or anything else that comes up. You won't find a front desk, but you will find a team that's easy to reach and quick to respond.
