It's a good place to stay.

Easy to get the key and find the apartment. it is in an old building that hopefully will be renovated. There is an exterior elevator. Good water pressure and drainage. Location is good for walking around in the old area and also ~10 minutes walk from the main bus station. It was clean. The apartment it's big enough for 3 persons.

Would be useful to have insects nets at the windows. Also some possibility to block the view from outside in the apartment would be good but without blocking the sunlight. The host tried to be very helpful but in the end he wrote every time so much on whatsapp that was difficult to follow and to easily understand the messages. (eg.: getting the key and going into the apartment it's easy but from the whatsapp message seemed to be something like a treasure hunt :) ). The stairs and the hallway look very bad. I understand there will be some restauration planned. The view is in a small interior space => others from the other side of the building can see you in the room if you don't pay attention to this.

Virtually no natural light. Entrance to building, as owner described, is not at all renovated. But we got to like it

False advert

The bathroom facility was good. The apartment had good working air conditioning.

The kitchenette had a day bed, which was advertised as a 2nd bedroom, that was a rip-off and false advertisement. The bedroom/ lounge had no door. Opening the windows was not an option because there's no view to see other than other people's windows and dirty court yard.

Per chi vuole un alloggio nel cuore di Modena

Perfetta la posizione nel cuore di Modena. Ci e’ piaciuta la metratura spaziosa e l’efficienza del Signor Dario che ha saputo risolvere piccoli problemi in tempo record! Noi abbiamo alloggiato nella camera ROSA! Ottima anche la connessione Wi Fi !

Dalle finestre non entra luce e danno su un triste cortile interno. Il bagno e’ senza finestra. Le istruzioni per check in & out consiglio di darle in stile riassunto con i Punti importanti. Il parcheggio gratuito e’ inesistente a meno che non si abbia una botta di fortuna incredibile. Consiglio di parcheggiare a pagamento Park Novi a 7 minuti a piedi dall’alloggio ma senza stress. Rapporto qualità e prezzo non il massimo.

Отличная квартира с отличным хозяином Дарио в самом центре Модены

Доброжилательный отзывчивый хозяин Дарио, быстро выходит на связь .Квартира в самом центре Модены, все все рядом, кухня хорошо оборудована, кровать удобная, три полотенца на каждого, большая удобная ванная комната, кондиционеры в каждой комнате ,есть лифт, квартира очень уютная,тихая .Отлично ! Остались только приятные впечатления от поездки ! Спасибо !!!

Нет стиральной машинки,но я думаю её пока нет- место под стильную машинку есть, выведены все трубы(квартира со свежим ремонтом )
