The accommodation is new and comfortable, the location was very convenient for work. I stayed an extra night….. if that is a helpful indication.
The Residency is an unusual concept to sell as a “hotel”….. you can’t compare it directly to other hotels or traditional residencies. It was hard for me to understand what I was booking when I made the reservation and I took a chance only because of the location. Others may not do the same. I would recommend this location for people coming to work in Dammam for say 2-4 weeks. Comfortable with good facilities but not really a vacation location in my view.
