    Everything was amazing. The rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable, and the facilities are excellent. The only thing missing is an espresso machine, as most hotels of the same standard already provide one in every room.

    Please inform your employees especially the 3 guys who were in the morning shift, to have a better attitude when it comes to how to treat a customer, as a hotel performer before with an experience on Hospitality of 10 years I would do expect more than that from Holiday Inn employees. Please just a request when a customer request something it means he needs it, when a customer calling for an inquiry he should be answered politely, if your team has no power with dealing guests then why would you hire them! Thanks,

    Nice and pleasant stay. We enjoyed the facilities, especially the pool. The breakfast was particularly great, with a good variety of options. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would gladly stay here again.

    I've spent one night with my family in the hotel. In the beginning, it took me more than 20 mins to find parking, there were cars blocking the reception lane and couldn't park there. Second, it took me more than 30 mins just to check-in, there's no priority or alignment between the receptionist, I'm waiting in lane for more than 20 mins, someone else is coming immediately and he's getting served at same time! The receptionist haven't gave any information about elevators, breakfast timings or location! Just handled the card and that's it! The room was good, however, I expected at least a city view! Not a view on the air conditioning units of the hotel on the first floor! Breakfast was normal, could have been much better. Overall, it's not bad hotel to stay in, the room is tidy and clean, quite as well. However, if you're spending 100+ usd for a night you're expecting higher standards!
