The suite was clean, quiet and suitable for families. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool's open hours worked perfectly for the kids.

Location, room size, and above all, the entire staff make this hotel stand out. Having stayed in a wide range of hotels across different continents from 3 to 5 star properties. I would confidently rate this Boudl 5/5. The exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and friendliness of the staff are among the best I have experienced anywhere. Highly recommended.
