Easy access, a friendly woman that spoke OK english met us outside and showed us around. Everything was clean and tidy in the room that was rather small but with a large bathroom. We got what we needed for a one night visit!

Very hard beds and no proper curtains or roller blinds that keeps the sunlight out when the sun goes up around 6.00 in the morning. Both thoose issues seems however to be italian standard so I guess we have to live with that. Breakfast pretty poor. Location not the best for this standard and price.

I had a wonderful stay here. The property is very close to the sea, the rooms are exceptionally clean, and the yard is beautiful and well maintained. What truly made my stay special, however, was the kindness and generosity of the hosts. I had not realized when I booked that the property was quite far from Rome, and I was a little overwhelmed at first. Mrs. Maria was incredibly kind and helpful. When I was confused about where to go, she personally came to pick me up and made sure I was taken care of. Mr. Umberto went above and beyond to help me during my stay. For a very reasonable fee, he drove me to Rome each morning and picked me up again in the afternoon. He is a cab driver. Along the way, he often shared interesting information about the area, gave me a mini tour, and even bought me breakfast. His kindness, generosity, and willingness to help made a tremendous difference in my trip. Both Mrs. Maria and Mr. Umberto are hardworking, caring people who genuinely look after their guests. I enjoyed our conversations and learned a great deal from Mr. Umberto's wisdom and life experience. I am deeply grateful for their help and hospitality. Thank you, Mrs. Maria and Mr. Umberto, for making my stay such a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Utmerket beliggenhet. Parkering trygt inne på området.

Noe hard seng, en overmadrass hadde vært supert. Frokosten kunne vært bedre, innføring av friske grønnsaker hadde gjort susen.
