BookingAlsace - Maison Mittelharth Parking Jardin

It is a large house(big living room and kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and 2 toilets) - so plenty of space for everybody. Has its own parking. Very good base to explore Colmar and Alsace villages with car. Plenty of nice toys - my 2 year old son was very happy throughout our 5 days stay. Some tea, coffee and olive oil was available, so saved us for the first day. We had 2 issues but the host was very responsive throughout the stay. It is out of main touristic area but there is a nice wine retailer nearby, though you need to walk a bit for groceries and bakeries.

The property has more potential but feels neglected e.g. There is a big garden - looks overall sad and dusty. In kitchen, cutlery, plates and glasses can be decluttered or replaced. Inside the dishwasher, its bottom is rusty. There is a strong bad smell at the entrance of living room - not sure what it is but gives the overall not clean feeling. Bed, pillows, bedsheets and towels need to be replaced immediately. All are discolored and thin.

De locatie en de mogelijkheid om je auto veilig te parkeren. Daarnaast waren voldoende keukenspullen aanwezig, waren de slaapkamers ruim en was de badkamer erg netjes.

Soms was er geen warm water aanwezig en duurde het enkele uren voordat dit weer beschikbaar was. De schoonmaak mag daarnaast nog wat beter als een nieuwe gast intrekt.

Een groot en comfortabel huis, met alle voorzieningen voor onze familie met 2 kleine kindjes. Er was veel leuk speelgoed aanwezig. Door de luiken en rolluiken bleef het binnen nog voldoende koel, ondanks de hittegolf. Rustige omgeving. Perfecte uitvalsbasis om de Elzas te verkennen.

Geen airco, maar de temperatuur bleef voldoende koel dankzij de luiken. Het had wat beter gepoetst kunnen zijn: stof onder het bed

Una casa preciosa, ideal para familias porque tienen muy buenos detalles como trona, juguetes y cuentos, cambiador, cunas en los dos cuartos, etc. Da mucho juego con el jardín y el parking es toda una ventaja, muy buen vecindario y muy cómoda ubicación, cerca de supermercados, carreteras principales y atracciones turísticas.

Los colchones incómodos en verano porque el cubrecolchón no deja transpirar y hace mucho calor. Se comprende totalmente por higiene pero el problema es que si hay altas temperaturas los ventiladores del cuarto no dan apenas aire. En el salón genial, el ventilador funciona perfectamente para combatir el calor y el colchón muy cómodo.
