Kitchen is sufficient but modest

This home is not only decorated beautifully, very clean..but the bed were so comfortable! This was a great location for us because we wanted to be in the quiet side of Trastevere but also very close to the center of Rome. Great restaurants near by , luggage storage was walking distance if your check out and next location overlap like ours did. You can still enjoy Rome for the day. We had a wonderful time, we wish our stay was longer. The host was so friendly and helpful , he made check in so easy and simple.

The only thing, which I read in other reviews when I was booking. There is an odd odor on the first floor. You can’t smell it upstairs Other than that it was perfect in every way and I was book again.

The smell from the kitchen and downstairs generally. The downstairs bathroom also had a small leaking issue. Also, we paid for the breakfast at a nearby café. If you have kids and you plan on leaving early and doing activities, just don’t bother it isn’t worth the money. They were not ready for us any day at 7:30 as they indicate on their menu and didn’t have many of the items on their menu (no fruit one day, no bread). This wasn’t ideal for our first morning exploring the Colosseum forum, etc. And was just a waste of money in my opinion.
