Modern clean apartment in Ubud

Really clean, modern, comfortable apartment

Great host

The host was very friendly and accomodating. On arrival I asked to have another room for my parents and he gave me one directly. Also for checkout I was running a bit late and he didn't hesitate to give me a bit of extra time so I really appreciated it.

There was a bit of noise from outside at night for me (cats and dogs), but I'm very noise sensitive. My parents didn't hear anything.

Great place but I had bad luck with the little critters that got in

Really awesome location, so close to the center and all my favorite restaurants and cafes. The staff were very helpful, although there’s no staff present after late afternoon , I was able to reach someone when I needed help through one of the phone numbers provided. The rooms are really excellent, I loved how spacious they were, the mini fridge was fantastic, AC was new and powerful, and the electric shower heater was so appreciated - something I haven’t seen in other places I’ve stayed in Bali. I would’ve liked to stay here for over a month if it weren’t for the issues I encountered.

I switched rooms several times due to the many insects and little animals that got in. I get it, in Bali you will always have insects and geckos finding their way in, but there were other animals getting in that really freaked me out. It happened at night and unfortunately no staff was around to help remove them but I was able to contact someone who instructed me to move to another room. Hopefully the property will find where the holes are and fix them. That was the only issue I encountered, if it wasn’t for my discomfort of what I mentioned, I would’ve been very comfy living here.

Sie war gut und zentral gelegen. In der Nähe befand sich ein Supermarkt und viele kleinere Geschäfte. Empfehlenswert.

Sehr viele kleine Ameisen im Zimmer. Nicht sehr angenehm Wi-Fi funktionierte nur im Zimmer. Der Route wurde nach mehreren Beschwerden ausgewechselt.

Zweckmäßiges und sauberes Appartement ganz nah an allem

Freundlicher und unkomplizierter Checkin. Für uns perfekte Lage. Parkplatz fürs Auto, Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe, bequem zu Fuß ins Zentrum von Ubud, super nettes und feundliches Personal. Das Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Um in unser Zimmer zu kommen musste man schon einige Treppenstufen überwinden. Für uns kein Problem und hat uns auch nicht gestört. Ist aber nice to know. Es gibt auch Zimmer mit weniger Stufen.

エアコンも給湯器も冷蔵庫もきちんと働いていました。これくらいのお値段の宿は他にもありますが、どれか壊れているという場合もあるので。新しいということもあったと思いますがこれからもこの状態が保たれるならまた泊まりたいです。

スタッフが常駐でないので、セキュリティは心配でした。夜何時なら門を閉めていいのかもよくわかりませんでした。あと、何をやってもテレビが使えなかった。

Estancia agradable todo genial.

la amabilidad del personal, siempre disponible, si no están en recepción puedes escribir un mensaje en Whatsapp y solucionan cualquier pregunta o problema que tengas.

Andong es una de las calles más transitadas por el trafico, eso es agobiante. Pero las habitaciones de esta estancia no dan directamente a la calle por lo que el ruido del tráfico no molesta. La ventaja es que en esta calle hay todo tipo de servicios, restaurantes, bancos, supermercados y está justo al lado del centro de Ubud.
