Super Lage! Trotzdem ruhig. Alberto ist super freundlich, antwortet sofort über WhatsApp… Feines Bett, geräumiges Bad, alles bestens!
Sogar ein Radaufbewahrungsraum ebenerdig!
Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein… Z.B. ein Wasserkocher wäre fein, Küchenrolle wäre schön… Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten 😉

sehr schönes Apartment in super Lage, alles zu Fuß gut erreichbar, auch der Strand
von Sottomarina.
Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter über WhatsApp hat toll geklappt.

Struttura con arredo moderno e di design con tutto l’occorrente sia in cucina che in bagno . Ambiente pulitissimo , molto gradito anche il kit di benvenuto.
tutto molto bello , l ‘unica cosa che manca è una ventola nel bagno ( presumo manchi per una questione strutturale ), però aprendo le 4 finestre della zona giorno si arieggia in bagno lo stesso

Für Lage war sehr gut, mitten in Chioggia und unweit vom Parkplatz bzw. der Bushaltestelle (von/nach Venedig und Padua).
Man hatte alles in der Nähe, was benötigt wurde: Einkaufsläden, Restaurants, Cafés. In nur 10min war man am Meer mit einer schönen Aussicht auf den Yachthafen.
Das Apartment war sehr groß, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Und es war genauso schön wie auf den Fotos!
Leider war es sehr kalt (trotz 15° tagsüber) und die Heizung war aus. Der Host (Alberto) hat mir erlaubt, mit der Klimaanlage zu heizen, was jedoch natürlich nicht das gleiche ist. Bringt also Pullis und warme Socken mit.
Eine Waschmaschine wäre ein Bonus, Platz dafür gibt es.
