Bella, pulita e comoda come posizione
Non ho capito l’addebito di euro 56,40. Penso che i 6,40 euro siano le tasse di soggiorno ( 2 gg per 2 persone) , ma i 50 euro che definivano come deposito cauzionale in caso di danni , perché sono stati addebitati? Non abbiamo causato nessun danno o inconveniente, quindi perché?

The building is ideally located, central to everything. Our room was really comfortable and spotlessly clean. Communication from the owner was great.

Das Zimmer ist modern, neu, sauber und gut. Lage ist im Zentrum. Preis ist wirklich gut.
Man muss digital gut unterwegs sein, es ist völlig anonym. Man erfährt nicht mal Namen der Vermieter. Man muss zusätzlich einen Mietvertrag unterschreiben und Terms und Conditions akzeptieren, ohne, dass man sie zum Durchlesen bekommt. Das Zimmer war kalt und es gab keine Beschreibung, für die Technik, wie man die Heizung anstellt.
