The property was bright and clean great location
The upstairs people were noisy and ashed and dropped cigarette buts over the balcony. Also required a corkscrew in the kitchen

The location - far enough out to be quieter in the evenings but perfect for exploring central
Florence.
The parking and getting into the building! You assume it’s going to be easy to locate but it’s really not. And the instructions on how to get into the building and use the parking were not sufficient. I had to ask locals to translate on the phone with a short-tempered member of staff. And the locals were just as confused by the instructions as I was!
