広くて清潔でとても良いとおもいました。

階段が滑りやすかった。年寄りにはちょっと気をつける必要がありそう。 朝食がここでは取れないので事前に取れる方法など情報があると良かった。

The staff are so nice, incredibly accommodating, and kind! Even though there were only two of us, they were sweet enough to give my brother a welcome drink as well. Also, when my husband accidentally spilled his coffee, they replaced it for free. The kind lady at the cafe even went out of her way to provide an ice pack for my husband's hand where the hot coffee spilled. Location-wise, the property is super close to all the attractions and activities in Sawara. The house is very spacious, and they provide complimentary tea. I absolutely loved the ryokan-style bathroom! Both the room and the whole house are so beautiful and definitely very IG-worthy!

Not really anything I disliked, but maybe just a few minor suggestions! It would be even better if there was a breakfast offering, though it is completely fine without it. It would also be nice to have a queen bed option, though to be fair, I didn't request one beforehand. Lastly, a slightly earlier check-in time would have been great. But overall, these are just minor details and we still loved our stay!
