B035 Magnifique appartement neuf a deux pas du centre

The apartment exceeded our expectations—clean, bright, and very well maintained. Everything inside is designed for a comfortable stay: a comfortable bed with a high-quality mattress, a good shower, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen (including a coffee machine and all the necessary utensils). The cleaning was thorough, and the bed linen and towels were fresh. It is close to the beach and the famous La Croisette promenade, with many cafes and shops nearby, yet the courtyard is quiet — a perfect balance between the lively part of the city and a peaceful night's sleep. The train station and main attractions are also within walking distance. The staff were polite and efficient, and gave clear instructions on arrival and departure. The Wi-Fi worked reliably, which was convenient for both leisure and work. I recommend these apartments!

There is one caveat: when booking an apartment, you need to pay a deposit through the Swikly system, which does not accept Ukrainian payment cards. You need to have a European card.

Tout est super transparent et sécurisé. L'appartement était très propre, la literie hyper confortable. C'est très bien équipé, c'est bien décoré, et c'est très bien situé.

Si nous devions améliorer quelque chose, ce serait le parking. Il manque une place de parking pour que tout soit réellement parfait. Possible de se garer dans les rues adjacentes, mais pas toujours pratique avec les bagages, valises etc. particulièrement en cas d'évènement sur Cannes.

I had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Extremely quiet, just what I needed . Air con was super powerful , bath tub was also wonderful to use . Wardrobe was big enough to fit all I had .

Had some struggles with the washing machine it was tricky a bit .
