About this apartment rental
Cocoonr offers you this charming 85 m² air-conditioned flat to rent in Cannes, less than 10 minutes' walk from the beach, with a shared swimming pool. It can accommodate up to 5 people.
Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (with lift), it consists of a 35 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, two shower rooms (with shower). Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're just waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 35 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds and an adjoining shower area.
- Two shower rooms.
- Separate WC.
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A shared, heated swimming pool measuring 18 m x 14 m, open from May to September from 8.30am to 9pm. Barriers at both entrances and a beeper is required.
- An 11.6 m² south-facing balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- A 12.5 m² north-facing balcony with outdoor furniture.
The flat is ideally located in Cannes, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...

- Nearest airport: Nice Côte d'Azur, 30 km away
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Free WiFi available (fibre optic).
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- A parent is responsible for all children swimming. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to favourable weather conditions.
- Maintenance services (gardening, swimming pool maintenance, mosquito control, etc.) may be carried out during your stay. We will do our utmost to limit any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
- Fire detectors equipped with a photo device activated only in the event of an incident (insurance compliant). This does not constitute a surveillance system.

Le Vallauris Great house, lack of communication with the host who was nice but only spoke French.

Le Vallauris Great apartment. Located at a calm residential area surrounded by beautiful villas and residences. A great garden view from the bedroom. The apartment has everything you need for the stay. We traveled by car with roof-box on top. As the covered parking has no enough height to enter with our car we parked on the street. We did not expect any troubles finding a parking place every day. It was free of charges.

Le Vallauris "There were a lot of things to like about this apartment, it is in a great location and has a lovely pool with sun loungers. The two balconies are really nice but the entire building seems to suffer from an ant problem, and I was repeatedly bitten sitting on the balcony and down by the pool; this really needs to be addressed. The apartment is spacious and bright, with a nice open kitchen and three showers. However, the kitchen was not what I would describe as ""fully equipped"", but the host's very friendly son did bring the items I requested. The beds were comfy and the showers had good water pressure, but unfortunately the A/C units are in need of replacement, and due to the noise they made we were unable to use the one in our bedroom at night, which was not ideal in the summer. The host did get a maintenance person out but the issue was not resolved. I would advise that you use g**gle translate to communicate with the host as little to no English is spoken."

Le Vallauris The apartment was lovely and spacious, about a 10-15 minute walk from town and is uphill. the hosts were kind and we enjoyed our stay very much
