Two double bedroom apartment with South West facing terrace with view to pool (unheated). 8 minutes walk to the Croisette, beach and close to shops. Air conditioning and heating. WiFi and HD TV. Fully equipped kitchen. Secure underground garage for two cars with elevator directly to apartment. For children: dvds, books, toys and 1 travel cot, 1 booster seat and 1 bed guard. Also books and Dvds and travel information.

Terrace & shared pool. Underground parking for 2 cars: Garage dimensions H 1.9M, W 2.5m L 9.8m (end to end).
Total surface 82 m2: Apartment: 67 m2 and terrace: 15 m2
8 to 15 minutes walk to the Croisette and beach, depending on your walking pace, and close to shops.
HD Television, WiFi, Air conditioning and heating. Additional WC off hallway. Electric shutters. Lift to lobby and garage. Please note the cot is a travel cot.

A small starter pack of basic essentials is provided for your arrival: This includes tea, coffee (coffee pods for nespresso), sugar, toilet paper, hand soap, kitchen sponge, bin bags, dishwasher tabs and washing up liquid.

We had a very nice stay here, thanks to the proximity to the beach and an appartment that felt like home. Claire is a very thoughtful and highly organised land lady, who took care of everything. The appartment is very well equipped and we even had a selection of books and DVDs to browse. Highly recommended! Thanks, Claire!

Very comfortable and well equiped apartment, close enough to all of Cannes, with a handy secure parking, and a friendly and accessable manager to assist as required. Will be back.

I loved everything about this apartment. It was spacious and clean, and communication with the host was super efficient and helpful. Having a dedicated parking spot was so appreciated. Perhaps the best part was it's location - it felt like both a quiet and peaceful neighborhood while also being only a 15-20 minute walk to the heart of the Croisette, which was great for someone like me who had to work at the Festival. There's also a grocery store less than 5 minutes away. All in all, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to visit Cannes.
