Great location, in a gated community and within walking distance of the town centre and beach. Excellent air-conditioning and WiFi.

On the day of our arrival our host told us that the previous occupants had paid for a late check-out so we wouldn't be able to check in at the agreed time. This information was given to us less than two hours before the agreed time. We had to hang around in the heat with our luggage for over three hours. We find this wholly unacceptable. The appartment itself was fine for the price paid, but we didn't appreciate the stressful start.

l' appuntamento è situato in una bella zona residenziale con posto auto di proprietà, a pochi passi ci sono supermercati enegozi. In 10 minuti a piedi si raggiungono la Croisette e le spiagge . L' Host Victor è stato molto gentile ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni e informazioni necessarie .

The apartment itself is located in a nice complex with the private territory. Well- air-conditioned, it has all home-appliences and kitchen utensils you need ( even more). The host Viktor is very welcoming and the supermarket is pretty close, but be ready to walk some distances sometimes even solid if you want to find something local. And keep in mind, that there is 1 km walking distance to get to the beach ( it takes about 30 min one way)

There was nothing written in the description on Booking.com about the deposit of 500 euros, in fact you get to know about additional money right away after you have booked and paid, when it sends you to the special platform. Personally us didn't have any trouble with returning the deposit after we checked out but I do think it would be nice to know about it before you have made the choice.

В целом все отлично! Чистые апартаменты. Отзывчивый хозяин Viktor. Удобный паркинг. Закрытый комплекс (т.е. с безопасностью все хорошо). Шаговая доступность до моря и всех основных мест города. Если приедем в Канны еще раз, то остановимся здесь.

Была одна капсула кофе на 5 персон. Не было мешков для мусорка и шампуня.
