Everything. Location, comfort level of the facility, full kitchen, large bathroom, property was well kept.

We have owned a rental property here on the Big Island of Hawaii and this condo was set up the way we always did it. Almost everything was provided from beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers, umbrella and lots of information about the island. The condo itself is lovely and the grounds are like a botanic garden - so beautiful and peaceful. Access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club is included in the rental and the facilities were a great plus especially the day we left, as our flight wasn't out until 7 pm. We were able to go there, enjoy the pool and hot tub and shower and get cleaned up before our flight. The condo itself is so comfortable and has everything you will need if you want to cook - even non-stick pans! Getting into the condo was so easy with a code given by the property management company. Communication with them was excellent. They responded to every text I sent in a very timely manner and were so helpful. Parking at the condo is easy and close to the unit. The bed is very comfortable with wonderful, soft sheets. The washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets provided was a plus. The lanai was very private and we felt like we were in a tropical oasis. Chickens in Kauai are charming, but can be intrusive. We stayed at a place in Princeville with 4 to 5 chickens roosting on our lanai, squawking all night and leaving debris on the table, furniture and floor. This was not the case here. Chickens are present by seem controlled. We enjoyed listening to the beautiful songbirds and the location is fabulous, with beach access very nearby. There is a walking path to the stream and a shopping center is within walking distance with some lovely shops and restaurants. We would highly recommend this property for a restful and enjoyable stay.
