The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very courteous and helpful. They always served with a smile. The location is very convenient. There are lots of eateries within the walking distance. Also, ideal for shopping of any type of commodity.
The location is just outside the Lake Mall (Market) with vegetable and fruit vendors spilling over the road, making movement a little difficult.
The bathroom is ill-designed - bath water flows to the basin-wc area. Since it is a defect that cannot be easily rectified, a suggestion to the management is to provide a wiper in the bathroom that will alleviate the problem.
Also, it will be good if the restaurant can provide homely Bengali food. This will benefit the long stay travellers.

Great, quiet location next to the lake mall and a market. Gated property after dark with security, we never felt unsafe. Good value for the price. We would recommend this to a friend. The staff was very friendly, helped us with our baggage, questions, and they have a nice rooftop terrace with a view. Thank you sir for your hospitality.
